1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 emd onion, chopped
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 8-oz can toamto sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c sour cream
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg refrigerator biscuits
Brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper until tender; drain. Add salt, chili, garlic powder and tomato sauce. Simmer 3 minutes. Combine egg, sour cream, and 1 c cheese; blend well. Add to meat mixture, mixing well. Separate biscuits into halves. Line a lightly greased 11x9 inch baking dish with 10 havles, pressing together with fingers ot form a crust. Spoon meat mixture over crust, and top with remaining biscuit halves. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
