4 apples, cored and peeled
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Place apples in a 2 quart casserole dish. Pour juice over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and bake in microwave for 10 minutes. Serve warm and top with ice cream.
